Project Team

W. Brian Wright
Project Principal

TPUDC’s founding Principal and charrette team leader, W. Brian Wright, is well know for his ability to build consensus, even with the most hostile and sceptical of audiences. Having been trained by the world-famous Town Planner and orator Andres Duany, Brian utilizes subtlety, humor and intellect to engage, enlighten and entertain the charrette participants - gaining their trust and inspiring their imagination.

Brian founded Town Planning & Urban Design Collaborative L.L.C. (TPUDC), a firm specializing in not only in Town Planning and design but also implementation of New Urbanist projects. TPUDC has been involved in a wide range of great projects from designing and coding city-wide master plans to rebuilding the hurricane-devastated Gulf Coast of Mississippi to planning high density, mixed-use infill projects. In addition to this work, TPUDC has served as Director of Design and provided architectural review services for several projects, assuring that the implementation of the plan results in an excellent built reality.
